We are always looking for hard working people who would like to join us as a tour guides and outdoor instructors and are happy to lend a hand with other work like site maintenance, cleaning accommodation and taking care of reception during our summer and winter season.

What are you going to do as a tour guide/instructor?
Work varies according to season, but can include guiding guests and participants in activities as well as in the preparation of meals independently and/or together with a colleague. You ensure that guests have a memorable time and that everything is arranged for them.
During summer we run a variety of trips. From 8 days up to 21 days. Some of the trips are camping trips to Norway and the North cape. Most of the groups of guests come from the Netherlands, but other visiting families and holiday-makers come from Sweden and even other parts of the world.
Preferred skills
You must have a presentable appearance and not a “nine to five” mentality. In most cases you should have a current valid driving license to work with us, (although there are sometimes exceptions)
Experience of the outdoors and running outdoor activities with guests is very useful. Qualifications such as climbing, canoeing and archery are very welcome, but not necessary. We are happy to teach you!
We are looking for people who can create a good atmosphere, have good communication and organizational skills and are real team players.
What do we offer you?
We provided accommodation for staff so they can live on-site, including Internet access and washing facilities. You can also use activity equipment on days off (except motorized equipment).
